About the position
We are seeking a Nursing Aide to join our team at Luling Care Center. This role is essential in providing direct nursing care to residents, ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is maintained according to established policies and procedures. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with all aspects of activities of daily living.
- Promptly and courteously answer call lights to determine residents' needs.
- Make beds and handle linen in an appropriate manner to prevent the spread of infections.
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
- Transport residents and assist residents to walk.
Requirements
- Previous nursing home experience preferred.
