About the position

The position involves providing and supervising patient care as a registered nurse, ensuring the coordination of care with a focus on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, leadership, and ongoing evaluation of nursing activities, while maintaining flexibility and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising patient care.
  • Coordinate care focused on patient education and self-management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
  • Maintain effective communication and leadership in nursing activities.
  • Evaluate ongoing nursing activities and adapt as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in basic written and spoken English.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ACEN or CCNE).
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a U.S. state or territory.
  • Possession of a current, full, active, and unrestricted registration for foreign nursing graduates with validation of education.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a clinical setting with diverse patient populations.
  • Advanced certifications in nursing specialties.
