The position requires travel to various locations within the Atlanta, GA area, making it essential for the candidate to have a valid driver's license and a good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical case management for work-related injuries.
• Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate care for injured/disabled individuals.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees.
• Monitor the progress of injured workers and report results back to employers and insurance carriers.
• Travel to doctors' offices, hospitals, and other locations as needed.

Requirements

• Current, compact unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in GA.
• Experience in case management of workers' compensation cases preferred.
• Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, or COHN) required.
• GA Rehabilitation Supplier registration required.
• Strong organizational and timeline adherence skills.
• Proficient in PC and technology skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Skilled in patient education.
