Responsibilities

• Provide holistic and compassionate care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Execute nursing practices including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Serve as a clinical expert and educator for patients and staff.
• Coordinate treatment for various patient populations, including oncology, trauma, and orthopedic services.
• Ensure quality care is delivered through a managed care approach.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing plus two years of nursing experience or Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Master's or higher in nursing desirable.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in customer care relevant to the clinician position.
• Current licensure as RN in State of Minnesota.
• Certification as required for the specialty or customer population supported.
