About the position

Taylorville Skilled Nursing and Rehab is seeking Night Shift Nurses (LPN/RN) to provide optimal patient care in a long-term care setting. The role involves administering medications, coordinating care services, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring the dignity and safety of residents. This position offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with patients and support their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents.
• Provide nursing care within your scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.
• Encourage restorative care to obtain maximum resident independence.
• Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care.
• Perform any other job duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• A professional team player with a commitment to maintaining a reliable shift history.
