About the position
The Nurse Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the Nurse Manager in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring high-quality patient care in the Orange 1 unit at Milledgeville. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, staff management, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Nurse Manager in daily operations of the nursing unit.
- Support staff scheduling and management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Monitor patient care quality and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Previous experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
