The Nurse Manager at The Ohio State University Medical Center plays a pivotal role in leading a team of healthcare professionals within the corrections unit of University Hospital. This position is integral to the mission of the Medical Center, which focuses on integrating quality patient care, education, and research. The Nurse Manager is responsible for cultivating an environment that fosters collaboration, enthusiasm, and mutual respect among staff, ensuring that patient care is at the forefront of all operations.
