About The Position
The Nurse Manager (RN) - Hospice is a pivotal clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, education, management, and leadership of the Hospice program and its staff in the Brunswick area. This position is dedicated to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, patient-family centered care for terminally ill patients of all ages, primarily in their homes. The Nurse Manager will lead, guide, support, and direct the staff to foster a collaborative and innovative environment that prioritizes integrity and compassion in patient care. Reporting directly to the Director of Hospice, the Nurse Manager will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the CHANS Hospice program, ensuring that the team adheres to the agency's goals and the organization's mission, vision, and values. In this role, the Nurse Manager will act as an advocate for patients and families requiring home care services, overseeing the patient experience and outcomes of home health care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Hospice care, demonstrating a passion for serving the community and a commitment to quality and safety in healthcare delivery.
