Nurse Navigator - RN - Breast Imaging Center - Weill Cornell In this role, you will: Work closely with the patient registrar team at the Weill Cornell Breast Center to review patient history, imaging exams, and case details. Collaborate with referring providers to discuss clinical recommendations and obtain new orders when necessary. Assist patients by providing education, symptom clarification, pain management strategies, and post-procedure care guidance through phone and email consultations. Serve as a clinical resource, ensuring the highest standard of patient safety and experience. Provide direct nursing care as needed to support the Breast Imaging team. This is a full-time, day flex shift position, working onsite at the NYP/Weill Cornell Breast Center 5 days per week (37.5 hours) M-F from 8:00am-4:00pm. Preferred Qualifications Experience in patient education. Breast imaging experience. 2+ years of RN experience.
