The Nurse Practitioner/Aesthetic Injector role at First Call 247 Inc involves providing medical aesthetic services, including Botox and dermal fillers, as well as performing non-invasive and regenerative treatments. The position can be filled by a full-time, part-time, or temporary worker, and requires adherence to established treatment protocols and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical aesthetic services including Botox and dermal fillers.
• Perform non-invasive services and offer regenerative treatments.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations.
• Cross-sell other procedures and work synergistically with other providers.
• Deliver high-quality patient care using good judgment and integrity.
• Manage patient retention and ensure exceptional patient follow-up.
• Utilize a wide range of injectable and laser systems proficiently.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Maintain strong relationships with companies and vendors.

Requirements

• Bilingual (preferred)
• Current ARNP or PA Florida state license
• Previous NP experience in medical aesthetics or regenerative medicine
• Skilled in performing thorough patient consultations
• Ability to cross-sell procedures and work with other providers
• Superior interpersonal skills to relate well to patients and support staff
• Self-starter and independent critical thinker
• Knowledgeable of various aesthetic services
• Solutions-oriented with the ability to add value to a growing business
