Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication in all areas of professional practice.
  • Formulate care plans that consider individual patient needs and seek opportunities for clinical improvement.

Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with current state RN license and CRNP certification.
  • Completion of an approved nurse practitioner program; BSN and MSN preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience or completion of a post-graduate residency for senior level.
  • Current CPR certification and necessary clearances (Act 33, Act 73, Act 34).
  • Ability to establish positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in pediatric care or outpatient settings.
  • Membership in a professional organization related to nursing or healthcare.
