We are currently seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This role allows you to work flexible hours while connecting with people one-on-one and helping them re-engage with their health. As a nurse practitioner, you will conduct in-home visits that focus on a person's overall health and well-being, identifying potential barriers to care. The compensation for this position is competitive, with the potential to earn between $2,500 to $4,000 each week, depending on the number of visits conducted. On average, you can expect to complete 6-9 visits daily, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment. Additionally, there is an opportunity to increase your per-visit rate by up to 135% in specific counties through our Market Multiplier incentive. You will also have the chance to earn additional compensation through our pay-per-test model for visits where the health plan member qualifies for additional diagnostic and preventive tests. Shifts are available from Monday to Sunday, with no night or weekend work required. This position can be offered on a short-term or long-term basis, and you will be conducting pre-scheduled visits in the homes of health plan members. Depending on eligibility, we provide support for airfare, hotel, and rental car expenses, as well as malpractice coverage. We also offer availability incentives for those who can complete five appointments per day. As an independent contractor with 1099 status, you will enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to manage your personal and clinical commitments effectively. Each visit includes a medication and medical history review, along with a physical evaluation performed in the health plan member's home. Our nurse practitioner contractors can earn a competitive wage while supplementing their current income. You will be provided with a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and it is important to note that you will not be prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering the current treatment regimen of the patients.
