Responsibilities

  • Create and update comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with Medical Assistants to ensure timely completion of prior authorization requests and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintain a valid DEA license and manage medications for various conditions related to brain injuries.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for patient information and appointment scheduling.
  • Complete visit report forms and testing documents using a cloud-based platform.
  • Oversee the Houston Clinic in-person and provide virtual support for Dallas and San Antonio Clinics.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid DEA Certification license.
  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner for at least 1 year is required.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Google Apps is necessary.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
