Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medical screening, and medical evaluation for patients.
- Document all medical patient care in the EPIC medical record accurately.
- Collaborate with a team of Physicians and staff to deliver excellent patient care.
- Work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Requirements
- Graduate of a medical Nurse Practitioner program.
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in GYN within a practice setting.
- Valid NYS Nurse Practitioner's License and currently registered physician in the State of New York.
- Experience using the EPIC EMR system preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
