We are currently seeking a Full-Time Independent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Winchester, VA. This position is part of OptumCare, the largest network of medical groups in the nation, where we are transforming healthcare on a national scale while providing physician-led care locally. The role involves working in a supportive environment where providers are encouraged to practice at the peak of their license, treating patients like family and focusing on their health and well-being. The position requires working 12-hour shifts, with an average patient load of 3-4 patients per hour. Responsibilities include performing suturing, splinting, initial interpretation of digital X-rays, and incisions and drainage.
