This role is pivotal in establishing care for the community, serving a diverse patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Participate in shared phone-only call responsibilities.
• Contribute to building and establishing care in the Northern Colorado community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Nurse Practitioner Certification or Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) required.
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Colorado.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• 2-3 years of experience in primary care preferred.
