Responsibilities
- Provide the highest quality of medical care to patients while maintaining company metrics for productivity.
- Participate in and support company initiatives and projects to improve quality of care and achieve better health outcomes.
- Engage in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings with other health practitioners as required.
- Ensure a safety and quality-based healthcare environment is maintained.
- Collaborate with regional management in community events to promote health services.
- Build relationships with patients, store personnel, and the healthcare community to enhance practice building and continuity of care.
- Maintain clinic operations during scheduled hours.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
