As a member of DispatchHealth's Transition to Practice Fall 2024 Program Cohort, you will engage in a transformative experience designed to bridge your academic training with practical, hands-on patient care. This intensive nine-month program is tailored for recent graduates from accredited institutions who are ready to apply their skills as Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. Throughout the program, you will collaborate with fellow program participants from across the country, gaining invaluable insights and support as you transition into independent practice. The program begins with a comprehensive orientation that introduces you to DispatchHealth's innovative care delivery models and organizational culture.
