The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Associate at milk + honey medSPA in Chicago will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional medical aesthetic services in a serene, spa-like environment. Responsibilities

• Perform medical spa procedures following milk + honey protocols to ensure safe and effective treatments.
• Carry out a guest medical spa service cycle, including thorough consultations and follow-up treatment plans.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and company policies.
• Participate in and lead training programs for Estheticians and support staff on medical spa procedures.
• Adhere to processes for retaining and storing guest medical records in compliance with state regulations.
• Attend and lead aesthetic department meetings to stay updated on developments in the medical spa field.
• Collaborate on medical spa equipment purchases and maintenance with management.
• Utilize an education-based sales approach to inform guests about products and services.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic medical spa procedures.
• Direct experience in medical spa procedures such as injections, with necessary certifications/licenses.
• Active medical license in the practicing state, complying with the State Board of Nursing and State Medical Board regulations.
• Clear disciplinary history record.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience in other medical spa procedures such as lasers, photorejuvenation, advanced peels, and microneedling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a rapidly scaling environment.
