About the position

QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team providing care at our Dart MyCare Wellness Center located in Horse Cave, KY. This is a PRN/As-Needed role focused on quality of care rather than productivity, with a patient panel size of up to 10 patients per day and average appointment times of 40 minutes. The position emphasizes outpatient care with a preventative medicine focus, allowing for a work-life balance in a collegial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients at the Dart MyCare Wellness Center.
• Focus on preventative medicine and quality of care.
• Engage patients in their own care and health management.

Requirements

• Master's Degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university.
• At least three years of primary care practice experience.
• Experience with pediatric patients is a plus.
• Phlebotomy experience may be required at times.
