• Experience with conversational and Dragon dictation for documentation.
• Strong communication skills for patient and staff interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical care of patients at assigned skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
• Round daily and prescribe medications and treatments for residents.
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in SNFs.
• Document all patient care encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Be available for phone and secure messaging consultations with facility nursing staff.
• Ensure timely attendance for scheduled shifts.
