About the position
The position is for a part-time healthcare provider responsible for managing clinical care in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Responsibilities
- Rounding daily and managing clinical care for residents at assigned SNFs.
- Prescribing medications and treatments for patients.
- Providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care services.
- Timely documentation of all patient care encounters in the EHR system.
- Available for phone and secure messaging consultations with facility nursing staff.
- Ensuring on-time attendance for scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- Medical licensure to practice as a healthcare provider.
- Experience in providing primary care services in a clinical setting.
- Ability to use electronic health record systems, specifically ChartEasy™, PointClickCare, MatrixCare, or American HealthTech.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Familiarity with conversational and Dragon dictation for documentation.
