About The Position

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our new wellness center in Greensboro, GA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work autonomously in a supportive environment, focusing on patient care and wellness. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing medical oversight, prescribing therapies, and managing patient interactions in a low-stress setting.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia.
• Board certification by ANCC or AANP.
• DEA Licensure and NPI Number prior to employment.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and inserting IV catheters.
• Knowledge of computer-based data management and medical records systems.
• Effective communication skills with patients and medical partners.
• Understanding of federal and state regulations including HIPAA and OSHA.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hormone replacement therapy is preferred but not required.
• Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight to patients in the wellness center.
• Prescribe hormone-based therapies and weight loss medications.
• Order and interpret lab work.
• Administer IV hydration treatments.
• Answer clinic phone calls and assist with patient check-out using point-of-sale technology.
