Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical examinations and medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Manage chronic pain and provide appropriate pain management strategies.
• Offer primary care services, including preventive care and health education.
• Provide behavioral health support and interventions as necessary.
• Deliver infant care services, ensuring the health and safety of newborns.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures as required for diagnostic testing.
• Ensure sterile processing of medical instruments and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical records management.
• Strong skills in patient care, demonstrating empathy and effective communication with patients and families.
• Experience in pain management techniques and behavioral health interventions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with infant care practices is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a medical office setting while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient interactions.
