About The Position
ComplexCare Solutions (CCS) specializes in providing high-value in-home health assessments for health plans across the nation. As a CCS provider, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive in-home assessments for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan members. Each assessment includes a thorough review of medications, a complete review of systems, a physical examination, and discussions regarding any medical concerns affecting the member. With up to an hour allocated for each visit, this role emphasizes the importance of 1:1 interaction, allowing members to gain a deeper understanding of their health and providing them with valuable information to discuss with their primary care providers in the future. CCS is proud to offer competitive pay rates, with in-home assessments compensated at $120 and virtual health assessments at $100. Additionally, the company provides collaborative physician support, malpractice insurance, completion bonuses, and mileage reimbursement based on federal rates, ensuring that providers are well-supported in their roles.
