About the position

This position is responsible for coordinating patient care services and overseeing the workflow and activities of nursing and support staff within the assigned program. The role emphasizes providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality, developmentally appropriate patient care that adheres to federal, regulatory, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care services and workflow for nursing and support staff.
• Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, regulatory, and professional standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of clinical practice experience.
• Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multi-state privileges.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Experience with pediatric patient populations.
