In September 2022, Piedmont Medical Center - Fort Mill opened the doors to a 100-bed facility featuring a 24/7 Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Medical/Surgical Unit, and a wide array of Surgical Services and Women's Services. Our New Graduate RN Residency offers innovative curriculum delivered through a comprehensive 12-month program focused on creating a solid foundation at the start of your nursing profession. We designed an environment to help you develop delegation and priority setting skills, holistic patient care through interdisciplinary communication and establishment of valuable professional relationships. You will have the opportunity to experience different shifts, patient populations, and unit cultures in the most beautiful locations in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical patient care.
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
  • Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care.
  • Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Requirements

  • No previous experience needed.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) upon hire or obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License in the State of South Carolina.
