About the position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Brookdale Rosehill, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents. This position offers opportunities for both evening and night shifts, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. The evening shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while the night shift is from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM on Tuesday and Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare personnel. Documentation of all pertinent information regarding care and observations is essential to maintain continuity of care. You will utilize the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to ensure the overall well-being of our residents. Responsibilities

  • Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare personnel.
  • Direct resident care, making timely rounds to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents' overall condition and behavior.
  • Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to ensure overall resident care.

Requirements

  • Valid RN License is required.
  • Experience in patient observation and care coordination.
