About the position
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the clinical oversight of the Nursing Home during the 11pm - 7am shift, ensuring that staffing requirements are met and that residents receive appropriate care. This role involves evaluating employee performance, handling disciplinary actions, and promoting teamwork within the nursing department and with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Assess staffing requirements and availability of staff to meet needs.
- Assess health needs and level of care of residents.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or a combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current New Hampshire RN license.
- 2-4 years of experience as a nurse manager/supervisor, preferably in a skilled/rehab setting.
- CPR Certification required.
- Strong clinical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
