About the position

Faulkner Landscaping & Nursery Inc. is seeking a motivated and sales-driven Nursery Sales Associate to join their team. This full-time position involves customer service, sales, and various responsibilities related to the maintenance and operation of the nursery and greenhouse. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and grow within the role, with training provided for necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and sales
• Set up and maintenance of greenhouse and nursery yard
• Loading customer orders and unloading delivery trucks
• Plant care and maintenance
• Seasonal set up and take down
• Loading mulch and stone into trucks/trailers
• Safe use of equipment such as skid steer and loader
• Cash register and phone responsibilities
• All other daily assigned duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Willingness to learn how to use skid steers and loaders

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in the landscaping or nursery industry
• Plant knowledge
• Landscape design experience
