This position is designed for individuals passionate about plants and customer service, aiming to expand the customer network while promoting the company's products and culture.

Responsibilities

• Assisting existing customers with sales virtually and on the phone.
• Growing the customer network.
• Maintaining current customer network and promoting products.
• Helping in other areas of the retail operation as needed.
• Traveling in the off season to promote company products and culture.

Requirements

• A high level of knowledge of Midwest landscape plant materials.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work well individually and in a team setting.
