About the position

Merakey is seeking compassionate individuals to join our medical team, providing direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities in various settings across Coraopolis, Crafton, and group homes in Allegheny and Beaver County. The role emphasizes creating long-term impacts on individuals' lives through encouragement, mentoring, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve their personal goals.
• Work in various settings, including group homes and community programs.
• Collaborate with other medical team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, or Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Strong desire to create long-term impacts on individuals' lives.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
