About the position
CSA Homecare is seeking compassionate and qualified nurses to provide exceptional skilled nursing care to clients in Hampton, GA. This part-time contract position offers flexibility in scheduling and opportunities for growth within the company. The role involves performing in-home initial assessments and reassessments, ensuring high-quality care for the geriatric community.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-home initial assessments and reassessments for clients.
- Develop and follow client care plans.
- Provide exceptional skilled nursing care to clients.
- Maintain meticulous notes and charting of client progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license required.
- BLS/First Aid certification required.
- TB test results must be provided.
- 4 years of experience caring for the geriatric community in a homecare or healthcare setting.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
- Compassionate and supportive demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
