About the position
The Nursing Aide position at The Woodlands of Hamilton involves providing quality care to residents in a senior living community. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, medication management, and promoting independence while ensuring a respectful and dignified environment. Responsibilities
- Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
- Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed.
- Assists with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterwards.
- May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

- Experience in Sage or similar technologies.
