About the position

The Clinical Associate (CA) at AdventHealth plays a crucial role as a member of the patient care team, providing direct patient care and performing assigned duties as designated by their competency level. This position is essential in ensuring optimal patient care and operates under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. The CA is expected to maintain a clean patient care environment, uphold principles of infection control, and promote teamwork within the healthcare team. Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association.
• CNA License or enrollment in an RN program.

• 1 to 2 Years of Position-Related Experience.
