About the position

The Clinical Associate (CA) at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission plays a vital role as a member of the patient care team, focusing on providing direct patient care and supporting the healthcare team in delivering optimal care. This role is part-time, with shifts scheduled during the day, and is located at 9100 W. 74th Street, Shawnee Mission, KS. 66204. In this position, the Clinical Associate will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall patient experience. This includes providing exceptional service to patients, customers, and team members, ensuring a safe environment, and fostering positive relationships within the healthcare team. The CA will also be involved in maintaining clear expectations for patient care and will be expected to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association.
  • CNA License or enrollment in an RN program.
