About the position

The Nursing Assistant (Clinical Associate) at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is responsible for providing direct patient care and supporting the healthcare team in delivering optimal care. This full-time night position requires working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and involves maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients while promoting teamwork and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned by the Registered Nurse.
• Maintain a clean patient care environment and uphold infection control principles.
• Promote teamwork and nurture relationships within the healthcare team.
• Ensure a safe environment for all patients and team members.
• Deliver exceptional service and care to patients and customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association.
• CNA License or enrollment in an RN program.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 to 2 Years of Position-Related Experience.
