Responsibilities

• Accountability for quality of services and operational management in assigned environments.
• Leadership in the delivery of care and nursing practice within the clinical unit and organization.
• Collaboration with nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, and executive leaders to ensure quality care delivery.
• Advocacy for the rights and protections of individuals and communities in healthcare settings.
• Participation in planning for patient experience and outstanding customer service activities.
• Promotion of a learning environment that encourages sharing of expertise and health outcomes improvement.
• Active participation or leadership in clinical committees affecting patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

• Kansas Registered Nurse License
• BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
