Responsibilities
- Appropriately staffing RN's, LPN's, CNA's, and RA's as directed by the Director of Nursing
- Tracking, entering, and submitting payroll by monthly deadline
- Tracking and communicating open positions
- Monitoring and ordering supplies
Requirements
- Experience in nursing scheduling or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in payroll systems and scheduling software
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of staffing regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
