About The Position

The Nursing Scheduler at WesleyLife's Fieldstone of DeWitt is responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing of nursing personnel, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and RAs. This role involves managing payroll, tracking open positions, and monitoring supply orders, all while contributing to a holistic health programming environment that emphasizes the well-being of residents.

Requirements

• Experience in nursing scheduling or a related field
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
• Proficiency in payroll systems and scheduling software

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a senior living or healthcare environment
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

• Appropriately staffing RN's, LPN's, CNA's and RA's as directed by the Director of Nursing
• Tracking, entering and submitting payroll by monthly deadline
• Tracking and communicating open positions
• Monitoring and ordering supplies
