About the position

The Nursing Supervisor CVOR Full Time Days is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel in one or more patient care units. This role ensures that patients' needs are met and evaluates the nursing care and performance within the unit. The supervisor participates in planning the work of assigned units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments, while also organizing training and educational programs for unit staff members.

Requirements

• Academic degree in nursing (required).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing (preferred).
