As the full-time Nursing Supervisor, you are responsible for the supervision of nursing staff on the assigned shift, the nursing care provided, and related administrative and professional nursing activities. Eagleville Hospital is an innovative organization and a recognized leader in co-occurring treatment. We are licensed to provide medically assisted treatment, and to provide trauma informed care. We are seeking candidates for full-time and part-time positions to work with our psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors in delivering care to our patients. If you're dedicated and ready to work for an organization that cares about you, we have an opening for a full-time, day shift, Nursing Supervisor requiring every other weekend and holidays per rotation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current Pennsylvania State license (RN)
- Graduate of an accredited college or university, BSN or MSN required
- Minimum of five years experience as a practicing RN
- Management experience in a psychiatric setting and/or drug/alcohol facility
- Ability to communicate well, both orally and written and establishes good rapport with staff and patients
