As the full-time Nursing Supervisor, you are responsible for the supervision of nursing staff on the assigned shift, the nursing care provided, and related administrative and professional nursing activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift.
- Oversee the nursing care provided to patients.
- Manage related administrative and professional nursing activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current Pennsylvania State license (RN).
- Graduate of an accredited college or university, BSN or MSN required.
- Minimum of five years experience as a practicing RN.
- Management experience in a psychiatric setting and/or drug/alcohol facility.
- Ability to communicate well, both orally and written and establishes good rapport with staff and patients.
