About The Position
The Nursing Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing hospital operations under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). This position is responsible for coordinating patient care activities, ensuring adherence to standards and policies, and managing nursing services in the absence of Unit Directors. The Nursing Supervisor is expected to maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values while providing leadership and support to nursing staff.
