Responsibilities

  • Manage patient chart maintenance and supply ordering.
  • Utilize multiple computer systems and applications for data collection and patient charging.
  • Assist in decision-making and prioritizing tasks in a high-stress environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of secretarial experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare policies.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle complaints and issues professionally.
