Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Completion of Customer Service Classes.
  • Completion of Medical Terminology Nursing Unit Secretary (NUS) Course.
  • Minimum of 1 year of secretarial experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and judgment for effective communication with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures related to the unit and Department of Nursing.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Basic working knowledge of standard office equipment and multiple computer system applications.
