About the position

Responsibilities

• Prepare appropriate quantities of menu items for meals according to production and supply sheets.
• Meet production schedules to assure high-quality products and prevent food wastage.
• Follow portion control guidelines to ensure quality services.
• Provide a neat, clean, and appealing tray presentation.
• Accurately follow diet orders and tray notes on tray tickets.
