About The Position
The Operations Manager for the Senior Nutrition Program is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Congregate Meal Program (CMP) and ensuring efficient service delivery. This role includes leading quality assurance initiatives, maintaining compliance with health regulations, and managing staff training and development. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Program Director to uphold high standards across all program activities and report on operations and quality assurance outcomes.
