About The Position
The Nutritional Services Supervisor at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to patient meal services, catering, and cafeteria/food production functions. This role involves working closely with management to establish operational expectations and priorities, ensuring high standards of sanitation and productivity, and actively participating in customer service initiatives. The supervisor will also engage with staff and customers, conduct team meetings, and manage employee training and performance evaluations.
