Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform noise, vibration, harshness, and thermal management testing projects.
  • Manage and conduct testing to validate solutions for full vehicles and components.
  • Analyze test results and make recommendations for requirement verification of products or solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and standardize advanced test methods and procedures.
  • Collaborate with development engineers, application engineers, and account managers to support design and product optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start).
  • One year of NVH or acoustics experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree or higher in NVH from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in NVH test methods and data acquisition systems.
  • Demonstrated NVH system developing and testing experience for commercial vehicles.
  • Strong product development, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and teamwork skills.
